Email support@nx2apple.online about broken links, incorrect wording, privacy questions, or accessibility issues. Include the page URL and what you expected to see.
Do not send prod.keys, title.keys, NSP/XCI, firmware, IPA, or .app packages. Those messages are deleted unread.
Software issues
Use the NX2Apple GitHub issue forms. Include game title ID when relevant, versions, Settings → Copy diagnostics, and logs. Never attach keys or game files.

- Can you send a mirror zip or keys?
- No. Use GitHub Releases for the app. Bring your own keys and dumps.
- How fast do you reply?
- Best effort for site email. GitHub issues are usually faster for software defects.
