Not an official product site
This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo Co., Ltd., the NX2Apple maintainers, or nxnative upstream. Nintendo Switch and game titles are trademarks of their respective owners.
No hosting of binaries, keys, or games
We do not host, mirror, or redistribute NX2Apple installers, Nintendo firmware, cryptographic keys, or game dumps. Download links point to public GitHub Releases and other third-party destinations. You are responsible for what you download and how you use it under the laws where you live.
Your responsibilities
You must supply only files you are legally allowed to use. Do not send keys, dumps, firmware, or built packages to support@nx2apple.online. Do not use this site to seek or share copyrighted game data. Software issues belong on the project’s GitHub issue tracker.
No warranty
Guides are provided “as is” for informational purposes. We do not warrant that steps remain current after upstream changes, that GitHub links always resolve, or that following a guide will produce a working build on your hardware. Use the software and documentation at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for damages arising from use of the guides, outbound downloads, third-party tools, or failed installs and sideloads.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
